Yeah, it's a reference to the King Arthur thing. I know, not the most creative. But hey, I'm trying. Plus, I'd rather let the viewer's imagination do most of the work. Showing, not telling.
I'm a big fan of Sparth's Halo artwork. Well, actually, just his artwork in general. So I kinda wanted to try my hand at something similar to his style because I'm still searching and discovering things that I like about many artists.

So, the King Arthur reference is a bit out of place, but it was way more creative than calling it "Forerunner Environment". I was actually having a dream about this drawing last night. It's called a Sword installation (as contrasted to a Shield World), and it's basically a giant laser beam that kill things with accuracy. Unlike the Halo installations, which are largely imprecise.
